We're here to help you get the most out of Fear Not Disciple. Below are quick answers to common questions and ways to reach us.
Managing Your Subscription
Disciple+ subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. To change your plan, switch billing period, or cancel, open the App Store app on your device, tap your profile, then tap Subscriptions and select Fear Not Disciple. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Account & Data
You can update your profile, manage reminders, and permanently delete your account — along with all journal entries, prayers, and activity — from your Profile page in the app. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Brotherhood Groups
To join a Brotherhood group, ask your group leader for the join code and enter it on the Brotherhood page. If a group isn't appearing or a post won't send, try pulling to refresh or signing back in.
Technical Issues
If the app is crashing or content won't load, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, check your internet connection, and try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, reach out using the contact below and include a brief description and the type of device you're using.
