1. Description of Service

Fear Not Disciple is a digital companion providing daily Scripture challenges, a 52-week study guide, private journaling, prayer tracking, Brotherhood accountability groups, and a Prayer Wall. Certain features require a paid subscription ("Disciple+").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members, including in Brotherhood groups and on the Prayer Wall.
• Post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to access, alter, or disable Service systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Circumvent subscription or access controls, or share premium content outside the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Community content you share in groups is visible to other group members; please exercise discretion.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms and the displayed pricing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. A free trial, if offered, is limited to one per user.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, prayers, group posts). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and for ensuring it does not violate these Terms or others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the study curriculum, design, branding, and software, is owned by Fear Not Disciple and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service is a spiritual encouragement tool and is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fear Not Disciple and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the app and update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
